Pre-order & Fair Purchase Policy

Order Limits & Fair Purchasing

To ensure fair access to pre-order or high-demand items, we may apply purchase limits per person or household. If multiple orders are placed that exceed these limits, we reserve the right to cancel duplicate orders. A non-refundable 4% transaction fee will be deducted from each cancelled order to cover processing costs.

Placing multiple orders may also result in your original order being cancelled, and may affect your ability to place future orders.

To protect stock availability for genuine customers, any orders placed using bots or automated systems will be cancelled. In these cases, the 4% transaction fee will still apply and is strictly non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping the process fair for everyone.

Pre-orders

We offer products on the site that have future release dates.
These future release products can be pre-ordered when we have our product allocations, and there is reasonable certainty of the release date. You will be able to Pre-order the product and checkout.

Normally you will not be charged until we have the stock available to fulfil your order. However, for very large releases we may charge a few days earlier to ensure that everything is processed and ready in time for the release date.

Pre-Ordering Products with In-stock items

If you are looking to purchase both in-stock products and Pre-order products on the same order, the order will be shipped when the Pre-order products are available. If you want the in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.

Price Promise

  • Should the price of the product, on our site, drop before release we will honour the lower price either by reducing the amount charged or processing a refund after your order is fulfilled.
  • If the price rises before release you will still only be charged the original price on your order.

Ordering multiple pre-order products

For multiple pre-order titles you will need to place separate orders or the order will be processed when all the pre-order products are in stock.
